es passt zur jetzigen Zeit
Es handelte vom Schach Matt
doch Hoffnung machte sich breit

Er ist nicht helle, hat ne Rote Nase,
er tut nicht viel, ist eine Nitribit!
2.) Der Deutsche Michel akzeptiert fast Alles,
er streikt nicht wie in Frankreich gleich und schnell!
Er kämpft nicht mal im Falle eines Falles,
wenn man ihn von der Arbeit freigestellt!
3.) Der Deutsche Michel, hört sich gerne reden,
er der Herrscher am Rot Grünen Tisch!
Er redet viel auch wenn er nicht gebeten,
wie milchig Kaffee wirkt das Stimmgemisch!

ODE an die Freude: Verfassungsbeschwerde für Einführung von Tempolimit am 17.01.2023 abgewiesen!
Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat eine Beschwerde für die Einführung eines Tempolimits auf Autobahnen abgewiesen. Die Beschwerdeführer hätten ein verfassungswidriges Unterlassen des Gesetzgebers nicht ausreichend dargelegt, entschieden die Karlsruher Richter in einem am Dienstag veröffentlichten Beschluss. Insbesondere hätten sie eine Beeinträchtigung ihrer Freiheitsrechte nicht aufgezeigt. (Az: 1 BvR 2146/22)
Die Beschwerdeführer, zwei Privatpersonen, wandten sich gegen unzureichende Klimaschutzmaßnahmen in Deutschland. „Exemplarisch“ forderten sie ein Tempolimit. Dies zu unterlassen, verletze ihre Freiheitsrechte und verstoße gegen das 1994 in das Grundgesetz aufgenommene Umweltschutzgebot. Das Bundesverfassungsgericht wies die Beschwerde jedoch als unzulässig ab. „Die Beschwerdeführer haben die Möglichkeit einer Grundrechtsverletzung nicht hinreichend dargelegt“, erklärten die Karlsruher Richter.
Sie betonten allerdings, der Klimaschutz gewinne „bei fortschreitendem Klimawandel in allen Abwägungsentscheidungen des Staats weiter an relativem Gewicht“. Das gelte nicht nur für Verwaltungsentscheidungen und Planungsverfahren, „sondern auch für den Gesetzgeber“.

Sie werden zu wenig hart gezähmt,
doch kämpfen umsonst wie Niloten!
2.) Der Kipppunkt der Irren ist bald erreicht,
sie graben sich langsam schon ein!
Sie böllern und schieben, doch ham nichts erreicht,
könn‘ geistig nichts Großes sein!
3.) Sie wissen nichts von Photosynthese,
und pflanzen auch Bäume nicht an!
Sie wollen den Rückschritt ganz mit Getöse,
wolln Wunderdeutschland entfernt!

1.) Die Straßen sind kaputt wie vor der Wende,
Frans Timmermanns und Grüne lieben das!
Das spielt den Autofeinden in die Hände,
der Mensch soll häng am Fahrrad, nicht am Gas!
2.) So läuft Europa balde gegen Wände,
so wirft es Infrastruktur einfach weg!
Der Rückschritt füllt hier einst noch ganze Bände,
die Winterlöcher füllen sich mit Dreck!
3.) Der Staat will Steuern, doch verwaltet schlecht,
er schröpft die Menschen, doch verpulverts Geld!
Er macht es gern Politikern ganz recht,
doch überlässt Verfallszeit weites Feld!
4.) Die Straßen sind kaputt wie vor der Wende,
Frans Timmermanns und Grüne lieben das!
Das spielt den Autofeinden in die Hände,
der Mensch soll häng am Fahrrad, nicht am Gas!
5.) Europa sieht bald aus wie nach nem Krieg,

die würd man gerne schnell vernichten!
Sie handeln von Berufsverbot,
die Demokratie scheint in Not!
2.) Erst ausgenutzt und dann bedroht
und danach gabs Berufsverbot!
So was gibt es hier in Sachsen,
riefen jetzt die frechen Spatzen!
3.) Das Land hat scheinbar nichts gelernt,
sich kaum von DDR entfernt
Ein Freund von mir hats selbst erlebt,
sich nie auf Straßen angeklebt!
4.) Ein Freund von mir erzählt Geschichten,
die würd man gerne schnell vernichten!
Sie handeln von Berufsverbot,
die Demokratie scheint in Not!
5.) Ließ sich nichts zu Schulden, kommen,
ist für den Staat Akkord geschwommen!
Gewürdigt wurde dieses nicht,
man wollt nur primitive Pflicht!
6.) Man wollt den Mensch in Tropfen- Form,
ganz opportun, in enger Norm!
Das sagten ihm die Westkollegen,
die wollen Haus- Routinen pflegen

Deutschland wurde dort gar nicht erst erwähnt!
Genießt das Leben ohne tiefre Suche,

ein Denkdiktat war gar nicht erst in Kraft!
Verbote steckten nicht mal in den Wehen,
das Leben machte Spaß bis in die Nacht!
3.) Im Urlaub konnte man sich mal entspannen,
Belehrungen, Baum-Lager blieben aus!
Der Strandverkehr war wirklich ohne Pannen,
gar feminines Error-Tun blieb aus!
4.) Betonkopf-Lützerath führt da zum Lachen,
Bananen- Deutschland, Euro- Dümmerland!
Zerstören hat dort keine Chance, statt machen,
und Polizei gelobt, statt dumpf verbannt!
5.) Im Urlaub sah ich Freiheit wie im Buche,
Deutschland wurde dort oft gar nicht erwähnt!
