1.) Ich träumte diese Nacht von meiner Freundin,
es war in Jugendzeiten oder so!
Versteckten uns im Dunklen gern im Kino,
und manchmal küssten wir uns auch im Zoo!
2.) Ich träumte, sie wohnt in ner hölzern Höhle,
und sammelte das Obst vom wilden Baum!
Sie war im Herzen stets ne lächelnd Seele,
war glücklich und kannt trübe Tage kaum!
3.) Die Freundin lacht‘ mich an mit roten Haaren,
wir neckten uns und witzelten viel rum!
Im Traum sind wir geritten, nicht gefahren,
und keine Diskussion war uns zu dumm!
4.) Ich träumte diese Nacht von meiner Freundin,
es war in Jugendzeiten oder so!
Versteckten uns im Dunklen gern im Kino,
und manchmal küssten wir uns auch im Zoo!
4.) Probleme haben wir uns weggeliebt,
ganz spielerisch und völlig ohne Krampf!
Das Leben uns die Freuden übergibt,
so standen wir spontan auch unter Dampf!
5.) Ich träumte, es wär gut uns bald zu treffen,
ist Leben doch zu kurz für Trennungsschmerz!
So sollte man die Segel nicht gleich reffen,
die Zeit ist reif für Witz und auch nen Scherz!
6.) Ich träumte diese Nacht von meiner Freundin,
es war in Jugendzeiten oder so!
Versteckten uns im Dunklen gern im Kino,
und manchmal küssten wir uns auch im Zoo!
7.) Die Sonne scheint und goldne Pfeile fliegen,
der Traum brachte mir Flügel in der Nacht!
Gedanken an die Liebe wollten siegen,
sie waren wirklich stark und anfangs schwach!
8.) Die Freundin von weit her lockert das Leben,
ihr Optimismus neue Bände schrieb!
Wir tanzten uns den Alltag zum Abheben,
und haben uns in Träumen ganz gewiegt!
9.) Ich träumte diese Nacht von meiner Freundin,
es war in Jugendzeiten oder so!
Versteckten uns im Dunklen gern im Kino,
und manchmal küssten wir uns auch im Zoo!
10.) Wir flirteten mit Körper und Gedanken,
wir liebten uns hinein ins neue Jahr!
Wir kannten weder Konvention noch Schranken,
die Zuneigung noch niemals enger war!
11.) Ja Schicksal heißt sich nicht ständig zu wehren,
es heißt, dass man die rosa Wolken spürt!
Mit roten Rosen wollten wir uns ehren,
Alltagsroutine sich sehr schnell verliert!

1.) I dreamed about my girlfriend that night,
it was in adolescence or something!
Liked to hide in the dark at the movies
and sometimes we kissed at the zoo too!
2.) I dreamed she lives in a wooden cave,
and gathered the fruit from the wild tree!
She was always a smiling soul at heart
was happy and hardly knows dull days!
3.) The girlfriend smiles at me with red hair,
we teased and joked around a lot!
In the dream we rode, not drove,
and no discussion was too stupid for us!
4.) I dreamed about my girlfriend that night,
it was in adolescence or something!

4.) Problems we loved each other away,
very playful and completely without cramp!
Life gives us the joys
so we were spontaneously under steam!

Life is too short for the pain of separation!
