1.) Land der Dichter, Land der Denker

was wird jetzt bloß daraus?

Land der Stolzen, Land der Henker,

lässt Du die Sau heraus?

 

2.) Was wir dachten überwunden,

kommt jetzt durch den Keller rein!

Diktatur war einst verschwunden, 

schleicht die sich jetzt wieder ein?

 

3.) Ja wir hatten grad viel Pläne,

aus der Einheit kommt das Land!

Doch Naive hobeln Späne,

streiten nicht mehr für ihr Land!  

 

4.) Land der Dichter, Land der Denker,

was wird jetzt bloß daraus?

Land der Stolzen, Land der Henker,

lässt Du die Sau heraus?

 

5.) Was ist bloß daraus geworden,

sagte mir ne ältere Frau!

Was sind das für irre Horden, 

die nur suchen den Kotau? 

 

6.) Denn der Haifisch der hat Zähne,

die schlägt er in Krankes rein!

Und der Löwe hat ne Mähne,

so erträgt er harte Pein!

 

7.) Land der Dichter Land der Denker,

was wird jetzt bloß daraus!

Land der Stolzen, Land der Henker,

lässt Du die Sau heraus?

 

8.) Und das Volk kann viel ertragen, 

nur Erpressung braucht es nicht!

Will Verboten bald entsagen,

Mehrheits- Rücksicht ist die Pflicht! 

 

9.) Was ist bloß daraus geworden,

Lebensfreude ist im Arsch! 

Genderland ringt jetzt mit Worten,

Künstlerland spielt grünen Marsch!

 

10.) Land der Dichter Land der Denker,

was wird jetzt bloß daraus?

Land der Stolzen, Land der Henker,

lässt Du die Sau heraus?

 

11.) Man will raus aus diesem Land,

Erfolg, der wird gekränkt!

Splittergruppen abgesandt, 

Mehrheitssieg verschenkt!

 

12.) Was ist bloß daraus geworden,

Stasi lebt jetzt auf!

Spitzel gibt’s in üblen Sorten,

liefert Nachbarn aus!  

 

13.) Land der Dichter, Land der Denker,

was wird jetzt bloß daraus?

Land der Stolzen, Land der Henker,

lässt Du die Sau heraus?

 

14.) Land der Selbstmord- Moralisten,

geht am Volk vorbei!

Land der Preiskrieg-Fetischisten,

Sparzeit lang vorbei!

 

15.) Doch das Volk wird unterschätzt,

hier im Gleichstromland!

Regierungen schon abgesetzt,

werden sie zur Schand‘!

 

16.) Land der Dichter, Land der Denker,

1.) Land of poets, land of thinkers

what will become of it now?

land of the proud, land of the executioners,

do you let the sow out?

 

2.) Overcome what we thought

now come in through the basement!

dictatorship once disappeared

is it creeping back in now?

 

3.) Yes, we just had a lot of plans,

from unity comes the country!

But naïve plane shavings,

fight no more for their country!

 

4.) Land of poets, land of thinkers,

what will become of it now?

land of the proud, land of the executioners,

do you let the sow out?

 

5.) What happened to it,

an elderly woman told me

What are these crazy hordes

who are only looking for the kowtow?

 

6.) Because the shark has teeth,

he beats them into sick things!

And the lion has a mane

so he endures hard torment!

 

7.) Land of Poets Land of Thinkers,

what will become of it now!

8.) And the people can bear a lot,

only blackmail is not necessary!

pass the people!

land of price war fetishists,

Saving time long gone!

 

15.) But the people are underestimated,

here in DC land!

governments already deposed

they become a disgrace!
