1.) Gott liebt seine großen Menschen,

und die Kleinen noch dazu!

Liebt sie Sommers und im Winter,

Frühling, Herbst gehörn dazu!

 

2.) Gott liebt sie, so wie sie glauben,

Gott liebt sie, so wie sie sind!

Ob in Hütten, Häusern, Lauben,

liebt sie wie das Christenkind!

 

3.) Gott liebt Arme, Gott liebt Reiche,

Gott liebt Euch aus Stadt und Land,

dass die Liebe niemals weiche,

Gottes Herz und Gottes Hand!

 

4.) Gott liebt seine großen Menschen,

und die Kleinen noch dazu!

Liebt sie Sommers und im Winter,

Frühling, Herbst gehörn dazu!

 

5.) Leben mögen endlich sein,

sterbend nach der guten Tat!

Tragen oft den heilig Schein,

können geben guten Rat!

 

6.) Gott hilft Allen, wenn es geht,

spendet Sonne und den Mond!

Dass das Glück nie schnell verweht,

das Leben sei belohnt!

 

7.) Gott liebt seine großen Menschen,

und die Kleinen noch dazu!

Liebt sie Sommers und im Winter,

Frühling, Herbst gehörn dazu!

 

8.) Weihnacht zeigt den Gottes Schein,

Kerzen brennen warm!

Gott will uns beiseite sein,

schützend Sternenschwarm!

 

9.) Weihnacht will besinnlich sein,

Weihnacht zeigt das Herz!

Weihnacht spendet edlen Wein,

vertreibend manchen Schmerz!

 

10.) Gott liebt seine großen Menschen,

und die Kleinen noch dazu!

Liebt sie Sommers und im Winter,

Frühling, Herbst gehörn dazu!

1.) God loves his great people,

and the little ones too!

Loves her in summer and winter,

Spring and autumn are part of it!

 

2.) God loves them just as they believe

God loves them just the way they are!

Whether in huts, houses, arbors,

loves them like the Christian child!

 

3.) God loves the poor, God loves the rich,

God loves you from city and country,

that love never leaves,

God’s heart and God’s hand!

 

4.) God loves his great people,

and the little ones too!

Loves her in summer and winter,

Spring and autumn are part of it!

 

5.) Lives may be finite,

dying after the good deed!

Often wear the holy glow,

can give good advice!

 

6.) God helps everyone when possible

donate the sun and the moon!

That happiness never disappears quickly,

May life be rewarded!

 

7.) God loves his great people,

and the little ones too!

Loves her in summer and winter,

Spring and autumn are part of it!

 

8.) Christmas shows the light of God,

Candles burn warm!

God wants to be by our side,

protective star swarm!

 

9.) Christmas wants to be contemplative,

Christmas shows the heart!

Christmas gives fine wine,

drives away some pain!
