1.) Wir freun uns über unsre Traditionen,
die Weihnachtszeit steht balde vor der Tür!
Wir sind die, die an Weihnachtswäldern wohnen,
wir schmücken bald die Häuser mit Gespür!
2.) Den Stolz auf unser Land können verschenken,
Geschichten seit der Wende sind es wert!
Nicht voreilig nur Negatives denken,
als hätten wir nicht Grund der uns doch ehrt!
3.) Wir stärken unser Volk, weil wir es lieben,
wir schätzen unser schützenswertes Land!
Wir sind doch Patrioten noch geblieben,
und handeln, wenn wirs wollen gar brilliant!
4.) Wir freun uns über unsre Traditionen,
die Weihnachtszeit steht balde vor der Tür!
Wir sind die, die an Weihnachtswäldern wohnen,
wir schmücken bald die Häuser mit Gespür!
5.) Wir loben Loriot fürs feine Wort,
wir lieben Toleranz und nicht den Krieg!
Das Denken und die Kunst unser Export,
das ist viel besser als ein Waffensieg!
6.) So kommt aus Euren Schutzverstecken vor,
das Glück ist doch dem Fleissigen stets hold!
Das Selbstvertrauen schiesst so manches Tor,
und holt aus manchem Lehmpfuhl auch noch Gold!
7.) Wir freun uns über unsre Traditionen,
die Weihnachtszeit, steht balde vor der Tür!
Wir sind die, die an Weihnachtswäldern wohnen,
wir schmücken bald die Häuser mit Gespür!
8.) So lasst Euch die Erfolge nicht vermiesen,
zerreden lasst Euch die Medaillien nicht!
Wer aktiv wirkt, der sollte nicht verdrießen!
die Freiheit gibt dem Leben erst Gewicht!
9.) Wir sind das Land mit unbekanntem Wesen,
oft unsicher, wie Fürstentümer sind!
Wir sind gebildet, doch oft grad genesen,
und für ein Selbstbewusstsein oft auch blind!
10.) Wir freun uns über unsre Traditionen,
die Weihnachtszeit steht balde vor der Tür!
Wir sind die, die an Weihnachtswäldern wohnen,
wir schmücken bald die Häuser mit Gespür!

1.) We are happy about our traditions,
Christmas time is almost upon us!
We are the ones who live by Christmas forests,
We’ll soon decorate the houses with flair!
2.) We can give away our pride in our country,
Stories since the fall of communism are worth it!
Don’t just think negative things too quickly,
as if we didn’t have a reason that honors us!
3.) We strengthen our people because we love them,
We value our country, which is worth protecting!
We are still patriots,
and act brilliantly if we want!
4.) We are happy about our traditions,
Christmas time is almost upon us!
We are the ones who live by Christmas forests,
We’ll soon decorate the houses with flair!
5.) We praise Loriot for his fine words,
we love tolerance and not war!
Thought and art are our export,
that’s much better than a weapon victory!
6.) This is what comes out of your protective hiding places,
luck is always on the side of the hardworking!
Self-confidence scores many goals,
